Day 61 & Day 62

Day 61.

Yesterday was a good day! Juiced for all three meals, no snacks no cheating anywhere! Was at the gym for about 3 hours playing straight basketball, did a lot of cardio, i believe i only rested for about 20 min out of that 3 hours. when i went to weigh myself, i was at 207! very happy with those results! 

On sunday night, day 60, i started to do 100 sit-ups every morning and every night. so on day 61, i woke up did 100, and before bed i did 100 and man do i feel the pain today! lol

Day 62.

Woke up and crushed these 100 sit-ups, showered, had my juice, and then headed to class.  after class i had to run some errands then came back home, had my juice and headed to the gym. today i just did my usual 60 min on the elliptical, which came out to 1100 cals,  and i did 40 min on the bike, which was around 7 miles biked. i wanted to do the treadmill but my knee was killing me from the basketball i played the day before. then i came back home, had a few sips of my last juice, but i decided to reward myself with a very very very small salad instead. the reward was for me weighing in at 205.5! i never felt happier. 

after my salad, i felt full! crazy to believe that that small salad made me full. even my borthers were like how in the heck could that fill you up, but ive been feeling my stomach shrinking! which is a good thing i think lol

Day 60.

Wow 60 days of juicing. Today was a good day. i woke up and had brunch with a friend from new york and i just had a small salad. when i came home i relaxed for a bit, then had a juice and went tot he gym. i changed things up today. i started off on the treadmill. i wanted to run a mile and thats what i did. it took me 13 min to run it. i tried to do 5mph straight until i finished the mile but i was tired around the half way mark and took a small break and lowered it down to 2mph. but i continued and finished it and it felt good. i want to do that every day until i can do it without stopping and maybe UP the MPH. afterwards, i went on to the arch trainer and did my 60 min. after that i went to play some basketball with some friends. i wanted to do abs afterwards but i was exhausted and called it a day.

After the gym, i came home and had dinner. a nice big ol salad! and now we’re here. im about to make my juices for tomorrow go to bed. 

OH YES! i weighed in today at 209.. =( i think its from the brunch this morning but im going to continue this journey because for my 21st i HAVE to fit into this shirt because it is the freshest shirt ever.

On A Mission!

Day 58

Yesterday was day 58! what a good day it was. woke up grabbed my juice, went to the mall to shop a little. i bought the shirt i want to wear for my 21st birthday. it is a large size fitted button up. it is a little snug, but i have until the 31st to get into it lol afterwards i had another juice. went to the gym, did about 3 hours worth of cardio from playing basketball. when i weighed myself, i was at 207! closer to my goal and closer to fitting into that shirt lol after the gym i had a small juice, then went out to dinner with my friends and had some sushi. then we went out on the night. i stayed clean, no drinking nor any late night eating when we went out, so thats good. 

today is the start of Day 59. i woke up around noon and just made myself a salad. im about to go to the gym and when i return im going to make 3 juices for the rest of today and early tomorrow for breakfast. so lets get this! On A Mission!

Day 57

whata  long day but ive been going strong and straight juiced all day. didnt have time for the gym which sucked but tomorrow ill be able to go!

Day 56

today has been bad lol woke up still sick, kinda worse actually. had my juice, went to class. met up with some friends to do some homework. then they all decided to grab lunch and we all went out to a local burger shop and we all had some burgers. that was pretty filling then went back to campus and did some homework and i lost track of time and it was already 6ish and im supposed to go see a movie at 750. so i rush home and got ready and didnt grab my juice that i made because i was still full from that burger. saw project x and that movie was insane lol afterwards got home and had a small salad and now we’re here. 

didnt make it to the gym nor did i fully juice. tisk tisk and shame on me. hopefully i get back on track. i WANT to be 200lbs by March 23rd but idk if thats going to happen. as of this morning i was 208/209 so we’ll see.

Day 55

I forgot to post last night but nothing really new to update. juiced all day, had soup for lunch and went to the gym and still weighed in at 208/209 area. kinda upsetting but just means i have to do more work!

today will be rough because my throat is killing me and im debating on going to the gym.. its the worst. so hopefully after this medication sinks in and after my class i can nap for a second and this sore throat goes away lol will post later today or tomorrow morning on todays juicing 

Day 54

today was a simple day! woke up, had my juice, went to class, had my juice, went to the gym, and had another juice! very simple day.

i did 80 min of cardio, 60 on the arch trainer and 20 on the bike. very good day but i weighed in again at 208. hopefully tomorrow ill be at least 207 or lower lol

Day 53

i want to update this every day but i just dont and it upsets me that i go so long without doing so. but today is day 53 and spring break is now finished and i barely went tot he gym and barely did anything productive but i now weigh 208. thats one pound down since i last weighed in and im hoping to continue this. now that i have classes starting back up, ill be up early and doing something so ill be forced to go to the gym after class. I really want to be in the 195/200 area by March 23rd (My Birthday). so the next two weeks i’ll be going hard with juicing and working out. 

and i im going to try and update this every day!

Day 46

It’s the afternoon of day 46 and i just woke not to long ago and made my juices for the day. going to juice now and then have a nice salad for dinner. i want to go to the gym today but for no reason last night i stayed up until 5 so im a little tired today. but im on spring break now so starting tomorrow i want to hit the gym at least 12 times in the next 5 days. so thats two-a-days and sometimes three-a-days.

so im still on my mission and still very determined! a lot of people tell me that i’m fine and dont need to lose any weight, that i should be happy with who i am.. but as i continue on this juicing journey, i found out that its not even about how i look, it really is about my health and i feel soooo great ever since juicing. so this is all about my health not weightloss!

This concludes my day 46 post and ill update tomorrow night after my juicing and gym sessions! 

Day 40!

Picture 1 is what i had for breakfast and lunch. and picture 2 is what i had for dinner. i know it looks like a lot, but more than half of that was brought home for some snacks haha couldnt help it. but i weighed in for the first time in 2 weeks and i am at 209! thats 21lbs down in 40 days! i love the progress and cant wait to keep everything up!

also! on thursday, i lifted weights for the first time in about 2 months. it was hard! i used to be able to put up 140 on the bench and do about 15 reps per set, and now i was struggling HARD! so im going to start a new way on monday with less weight and more reps to get more cut and not build as much muscle and this will include my hour cardio also!
